Coconut and Fruit Trail Mix
Today, let’s add another raw food goodness made from coconuts to our arsenal. I will be sharing a very simple recipe of coconut and fruit trail mix.
- Servings: 16 ¼ cup servings
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- ½ cup almonds, whole or sliced
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup dried pineapple bits or chunks
- ½ cup raw green pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup dried coconut flakes (ribbon size is best)
- ½ cup pecans
- ½ cup raw cashews
Mix all the ingredients in a quart mason jar and shake well, turning while you shake to mix well.
This is also excellent with finely chopped pieces of dried mango. For a special treat, add half a cup of dark chocolate nibs or chips.
