Breakfast Bonanza Smoothie Sensation
This Breakfast Bonanza Smoothie Sensation smoothie is easy to make and absolutely healthy. Let’s explore how to prepare it!

- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh mango
- ½ small melon of your favorite variety or 1 slice of larger melon
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil, warmed to melting
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
This one will take a little longer to put together, but it is so worth it. Cut the mango and melon into chunks, removing the skins.
To cut the mango, slice it in half and remove the seed. Then score the flesh to the skin but not through it from the inside in a square pattern making a grid of half inch squares.
Then flip the skin inside out and all the little squares will pop up and out, away from the skin, and will be easy to remove.
Place all the ingredients into your blender and process for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into two glasses and enjoy the burst of summer tropics and fruity goodness.
